Work Experience

Thorpes Joinery:  (August 2016 – Present)

Working to set up a fully parametric 3D manufacturing workflow for an East Midlands Architectural Joinery Firm using Autodesk’s Inventor Professional Software.

  • Roles:
    • Creating and maintaining 3D parametric assembly models of modular joinery items to be used throughout the company to streamline design, manufacturing and estimation activities. As well as provide simplified representations to be used in collaborative BIM environments.
    • Creating and maintaining standards for bespoke drawing formats, templates and intellectual property data capture to better integrate the process and presentation of Tenders, Approvals, Revisions and Manufacturing design information.
